Experteer Overview Join Schwarz Group's Software Engineering team as a ServiceNow Developer focused on Retail Service Management. You will contribute to the Retail Service Management, Retail Portal, and Field Service Management modules, collaborating with product managers and engineers to define scope and deliverables. You will implement and maintain IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow suite, and create documentation while keeping up with new releases and best practices. - Engineer and deliver IT solutions within the internal ServiceNow suite, focusing on Retail Service Management and Field Service Management modules

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations

- Work on the Retail Portal and Mobile App for Retail components (CSM/RSM/FSM context)

- Experience with ServiceNow as a Developer in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Professional IT project experience
- English fluent; German a plus
