Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js / Nuxt.js) We’re supporting a client in their search for an experienced Frontend Engineer with a strong background in Vue.js and Nuxt.js. This role is adecuado for someone who has built production‑grade web applications using the Vue ecosystem and enjoys improving software quality through testing and automation.

Alongside frontend development, you’ll contribute to QA initiatives by writing automated tests and helping maintain high standards across the development lifecycle.

Project Focus You’ll be developing and enhancing modern web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js while playing an active role in improving software quality. The project involves building scalable frontend solutions, integrating with APIs, and contributing to automated testing to ensure reliable, high‑performing applications.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Strong commercial experience developing applications with Vue.js

Proven experience building production applications using Nuxt.js





Solid JavaScript and TypeScript development experience

Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices

Experience writing automated frontend tests using frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Vitest, or Testing Library

Knowledge of unit, component, and end‑to‑end testing methodologies

Experience contributing to QA processes, including test automation and regression testing

Ability to build maintainable, scalable, and well‑tested frontend applications

Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs

Familiarity with Agile software development environments

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows is advantageous

Knowledge of frontend performance optimisation techniques is beneficial

Backend development experience is a plus
