Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Functional Consultant (M/F) to join our team in Madrid.

Working closely with our client’s services and team members in Spain and France, you will work on PLM projects in the aerospace industry.

Your main mission will be to convert customer business needs into robust functional specifications that drive the effective implementation of our solution. This position requires a security clearance and presence at the client site (Getafe). Your role





Participate in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications through user stories

Analyse As‑Is, highlight gaps or inefficiencies, and contribute to designing To‑Be processes.(gap analysis)

Produce clear and structured functional documentation (specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria)

Contribute to functional dependencies

Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements. Execute functional, integration, and UAT tests, and document results. Identify, qualify, and follow up on defects with technical teams to ensure timely resolution

Maintain clear and up-to-date progress in JIRA

Escalate alerts to the Functional Leader.

Participate in regular project meetings (Daily meeting, User stories validation, Other internal meetings) to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery progress

Work closely with project managers, developers, data specialists, and business representatives to ensure coherent and effective delivery Your profile

University degree.

Experience as Functional consultant.

Good level of English.

Team spirit.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to handle different topics in parallel, while demonstrating rigor and strong commitment. Would be an asset:

Databases knowledge, Operating Systems: Unix, Linux, Windows.

Knowledge of Jira.

Experience in the industrial sector.

Experience in PLM functional role.

Scripting knowledge.
