Opportunity to lead the opening of a 5-star Luxury International branded hotel in Costa del Sol. About Our Client

Leading hotel‑focused investment company with a portfolio of high‑quality assets across key destinations in Spain and Southern Europe. We are currently conducting the search for a General Manager for one of its new luxury hospitality projects in Southern Spain, developed in partnership with a renowned international hotel brand.

Lead all pre‑opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setup Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long‑term profitability Build and inspire a high‑performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence

Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B;, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives,



and local stakeholders

Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as General Manager in luxury and ultra‑luxury hospitality Previous experience in hotel openings is highly preferred Previous experience in international hotel chains Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Commercially savvy with deep understanding of P&L; and revenue management Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus) Culturally aware, elegant, and service‑oriented Strong relational skills

Able to handle the complexity of a large‑scale resort (230+ rooms) Collaborative and humble leadership style Experience working with ownership structures What's on Offer
