About the job Are you interested in building the future of local hospitality? We are looking for a German-speaking Specialist to join the Airbnb project in Barcelona. In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you'll be identifying and onboarding "Co-Hosts"—the local experts who help property owners manage their listings and deliver great experiences.

The Role & Your Impact

Network Building

Identify and engage with potential co-hosts to expand the Airbnb community in key regions.

Consultative Onboarding

Guide new partners through the program, explaining the value of the platform and helping them get started.

Matching & Success:

Connect property owners with the right co-hosts based on their specific needs.

Strategic Growth

Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and work towards clear engagement and growth targets.

What We Are Looking For

Languages





C2-level German and professional English (B2+).

Experience

1–2 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Onboarding.

Mindset

You enjoy reaching out to people, building trust over the phone or email, and hitting performance milestones.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain complex programs in a simple, persuasive way.
