Your Responsibilities

Onboard new business clients and help them achieve their growth objectives.

Build long-term relationships by acting as a trusted business advisor.

Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities and account expansion.

Identify new business opportunities and maximize customer success.

Manage a portfolio of business accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Provide strategic recommendations to improve clients' digital marketing performance.

Requirements

Native or fluent

German

High level of

English

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of experience in

Sales ,

Business Development ,

Account Management , or

Digital Marketing

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage

Familiarity with the German market and business culture is a plus
