Volpak, a Coesia company, is seeking an engineer to support service technicians with troubleshooting both on-site at customer locations and remotely. The role requires hands-on electrical and software skills to diagnose and fix issues on pouch-packaging machinery and related systems.
You will back up the Customer Care Supervisor on warranty decisions, procure remote programming and electrical assistance, and help with administrative tasks such as quotations.
