PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Global Marketing Project Manager Jr. is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the global marketing campaigns. Acting as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed objectives.
The position holder reports to the Global Marketing Operations & Partnership Head and is based at our office in Madrid, Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact between global marketing teams, regional and local markets, commercial teams, agencies, and external partners (eg. Brands).
- Lead the end-to-end execution of general marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, governance, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure alignment and successful campaign implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are implemented consistently across markets while allowing for local execution where appropriate.
- Track campaign performance against defined KPIs and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign results, ROI, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Prepare executive updates and presentations for senior leadership, providing clear visibility on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and campaign execution frameworks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working with external agencies and strategic partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance data to support decision-making.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Ability to effectively manage and advance projects in situations where complete information or full context is not yet available.
