The Opportunity The Global Pricing Manager is a key strategic role within Integral Pricing, responsible for building and leading the analytical capability that supports pricing decisions across brands, markets and channels.
In the context of the transformation towards a strategic partner, this role acts as the owner of pricing intelligence and advanced analytics, enabling fact‑based strategic decision‑making, predictive capabilities and continuous value optimisation.
The position combines strong business knowledge with advanced analytical expertise acting as a key partner to Pricing Managers and stakeholders by transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance value creation and support top‑line growth.
What you'll get to do
Lead the development of advanced pricing analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making
Own and evolve price elasticity models, demand modelling and scenario simulations
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Own the end‑to‑end pricing intelligence agenda, integrating internal and external data
Design the evolution of competitive benchmarking towards a consumer‑ and market‑centric model
Identify value creation opportunities and pricing risks across brands and markets
Design and scale the Global Pricing analytics engine, enabling predictive and integrated capabilities
Define and track pricing KPIs, identifying optimisation levers and performance improvements
Act as the functional lead for pricing analytics, defining best practices and driving capability building
We'd love to meet you if you have
Strong Business background: 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, pricing, analytics or revenue management in the beauty industry
High strategic thinking combined with technical depth
Advanced quantitative and analytical expertise
Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Education: University Degree in Data, Economics, BA or similar
Experience with data tools (BI tools and Python, SQL)
Languages: Spanish, English (mandatory) and French (nice to have)
