Guesty is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to manage and grow our SMB portfolio across EMEA. You will lead a integral team of 5 CSMs responsible for 800+ clients and drive retention, upsells, and overall account growth.
Based in Barcelona, candidates must work from the office twice a week; other locations are fully remote. You will build scalable processes, coach the team, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Onboarding to resolve blockers.
