We’re hiring a Global Total Rewards Professional to join our Global Total Rewards team based in Madrid.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their exposure across global compensation, benefits and international exposure within a fast‑paced and highly international environment. You will work on strategic and operational reward topics across multiple countries and business units, partnering closely with HR, Finance and senior business stakeholders.

About The Role What you’ll be working on
Supporting global compensation cycles, salary reviews and reward governance processes.
Supporting the definition of new policies and alignment across different geographies.
Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis using leading market data providers.
Partnering with HR teams on salary positioning, job evaluations and reward recommendations.
Supporting global pay transparency and equal pay initiatives.
Contributing to benefits benchmarking and governance across different markets.
Preparing reward analytics, insights and presentations for senior leadership.
Participating in integral reward projects,
harmonization initiatives and process improvements.

Experience & Background
2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
Experience in multinational environments or reward consulting is highly valued.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English is required; Spanish is preferred; an additional European language is a plus.
