Marketing Lead – Consumer Products (Spain) Are you an experienced Consumer Products Marketing professional with a background in licensed brands ? We're partnering with a global entertainment business to find a Marketing Lead to drive consumer products marketing across Spain, working with world-class licensees, major retailers and internationally recognised brands.

The Role

You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns across Spain, working closely with licensees, retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to maximise the visibility and commercial success of a diverse portfolio of licensed consumer products. The role combines approximately 60–70% retail marketing with 30–40% licensee marketing , delivering campaigns that span digital, social, influencer, experiential and in-store activation. Develop and execute integrated consumer products marketing campaigns across Spain.

Partner with licensees to create impactful marketing plans supporting licensed product launches. Drive retail marketing activations with leading Spanish retailers across multiple categories. Collaborate with commercial, PR, publicity,



social and events teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.

Adapt general marketing initiatives for the Spanish market. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and marketing agencies.

Approximately 8+ years’ marketing experience (exceptional candidates with 6–7 years’ highly relevant experience will also be considered). Proven experience within Consumer Products Marketing . A broad marketing background covering retail, brand, digital and experiential marketing.
