In this strategic key role, you take full ownership of Master Data Management within the Spare Parts organization. As part of the Parts Excellence Leadership team, you ensure that global data standards, systems, and processes are efficient, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across the entire value chain.

Responsibilities

Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Spare Parts Master Data Management team

Define, implement, and enforce global data governance policies and master data standards

Manage and continuously improve master data processes within ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA

Support global ERP rollouts with focus on data structures, mapping, and validation of material master data

Drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows to improve data quality and consistency

Collaborate closely with IT, SAP Inhouse Consulting, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, and international teams

Ensure a synchronized, high-quality, and reliable master data foundation across the integral spare parts network

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

Several years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO)

Proven experience in functionally or disciplinary management of teams

Strong understanding of how master data impacts logistics and financial processes

Experience with data governance frameworks and modern data integration tools is an advantage

Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders

Willingness to travel internationally, around 20-25%
