Venga is seeking a Head of Financial Crime to lead its AML operations, onboarding controls, monitoring, investigations, and external reporting. The role reports to the CCO/MLRO and builds scalable processes across onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding in a fast-moving crypto environment.
The adecuado candidate will be hands-on, limitlessly analytical, and capable of managing a small AML team while implementing scalable procedures aligned with regulatory obligations in Spain and Europe.
