Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

The Role We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, andenvironmental initiatives across our construction projects. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations,promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing workplace risks, and supporting thesafe delivery of complex projects within the data centre, energy, and infrastructuresectors.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies,procedures, and management systems.

Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and clientspecific HSE requirements.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all activeprojects.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.

Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainabilityinitiatives.

Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe workingpractices.

Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.

Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures areestablished and maintained.

Requirements

Degree,



diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health &Safety;, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction,infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors.

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation andenvironmental regulations.

Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across multipleprojects.

Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.
