- Financial & Invoice Administration

Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying invoices from departmental vendors (such as OCA statutory inspection bodies, safety consultancies, and engineering contractors).

Responsible for uploading invoices and payment requests into the corporate finance system, monitoring internal approval workflows to ensure timely payments.

Provide administrative support for the purchase of daily office supplies, site safety equipment, or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Reporting & Document Management

Help collect weekly/monthly data from project sites (such as man-hours, waste disposal volumes, and environmental metrics) and assist in drafting routine administrative or HSE statistical reports.

Manage the classification, scanning, digitalization, and cloud-based archiving of important departmental files, management system certificates, meeting minutes, and regulatory documents.





Assist in scheduling departmental meetings, drafting Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and tracking the status of action items.

General Daily

Support and any other Ad-hoc task. ?Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or related fields.

Spanish Proficiency - C1/C2 Level

English - C1 Level ?Desirable Points:

Interest in Renewable Energy or engineering safety is a plus

Chinese Native - C2 Level
