We are looking for German or French speakers with an Excellent level of English, to join our amazing Helpdesk team in Barcelona!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Join us as a full-time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for multifunction printers, among other tasks. You will attend calls and chats from the UK Market and a second market (German or French).

WE OFFER:

- Permanent contract.
- Monday to Friday. Weekends = rest mode ?
- Working hours: 39 hours/week (full-time). Work schedule: 10:00 a.m. and 19:00 p.m (split shift).
- Annual salary: 19.623,91 euros gross/year+ productivity and quality bonus of €160 gross/month (€1,920 gross/year).
- Paid training planned for 2 weeks, beginning 3rd of August.
- Excellent work centre ubication, near Hospital Clinic metro station. Possible remote flexibility after performance review.

- On-site job position in Barcelona,near metro Hospital Clinic metro station. Once you’ve gone through a solid learning curve and become independent in your role, you'll have the possibility of remote work!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Having the Spanish NIE and the social security number.
- Immediate availability and living now in Barcelona, due to the immediacy of the job position.
- The candidate should speak German or French, and having an excellent level of English .
- Availability work in the Barcelona work centre.
