Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona, responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations in partner hotels. This role includes coordinating housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas, and ensuring cleaning standards align with luxury hospitality expectations. The supervisor monitors laundry services, manages inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and collaborates with maintenance and other hotel departments to resolve issues promptly.





The position also involves training and mentoring team members, handling scheduling and shift planning, and supporting the implementation of optimized Back-of-House processes.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor interacts with hotel management and, when needed, with guests to address service-related requests, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess Housekeeping expertise, with knowledge of cleaning procedures, room inspection standards, and hygiene protocols.

Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including understanding of linen handling, equipment use, and quality control for textiles.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to coordinate with hotel staff and address guest-related issues professionally.

Experience in hotel operations or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, manage shifts, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role and proficiency in Spanish and/or English are preferred.
