Key Responsibilities
Support soft HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Assist in the coordination of performance management processes, appraisals and feedback cycles.
Support employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
Coordinate HR administrative processes such as contracts, contract amendments, personnel files and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Support the HR team with training coordination, including attendance follow-up and documentation.
Assist with HR reporting by tracking key HR metrics and preparing basic reports when required.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations (scheduling, filing, internal requests, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Administrative role.
Strong knowledge of soft HR processes and HR administration.
Good understanding of labour regulations and HR best practices (local legislation is a plus).
High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people‑oriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, hands‑on, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Good command of MS Office and HR systems.
