Your impact The HR Generalist plays a key role in the execution and coordination of core Human Resources activities, ensuring efficient, compliant, and people‑focused HR operations. Reporting to the HR Director, the role supports the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on execution, process excellence, and alignment with company policies and business needs. The HR Generalist acts as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, contributing to a consistent and professional HR service across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources,
preferably with a focus on labor relations or employment law.
Hands‑on experience in multidisciplinary HR functions, including employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, recruitment, and performance management.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes end‑to‑end with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working in international or matrix organizations is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Advanced English level.
