About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organisation operating through a multi-site structure across Iberia. The company combines an entrepreneurial culture with ambitious growth objectives, requiring agile leadership, strong execution capabilities and a modern approach to people management. To support its next phase of development, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the Executive Committee and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.

Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs.

Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions.

Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.

Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.

Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes.

Manage and develop the HR function,



ensuring efficient delivery of people services.

Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.

Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within retail, consumer‑facing, multi‑site operations, industrial or manufacturing environments.

Experience supporting CEOs and leadership teams in fast‑paced and evolving organisations.

Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, growth or organisational change.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Fluent English is essential; fluent French is a plus.
