As part of our growth, we are looking for a HR Specialist Analytics & Projects (m/f/d) to support with the design of the HR projects and reports for data analysis. You will be working within the People and Culture area. YOUR TASKS

Participation in the design, implementation, and coordination of HR projects, including ownership of individual HR initiatives. Preparation of reports and analyses Coordination and execution of national compensation processes (e.g., collective salary increases, bonus payments) Development of communication strategies and materials, as well as presentations Handling of special topics in the HR area YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics,



or a comparable field Initial professional experience in HR or Controlling is desirable Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers Excellent Excel skills Fluent in Spanish and English language skills Proactive and independent working style Team orientation and quick comprehension High resilience and flexibility YOUR BENEFITS:
