We are looking for an HR Specialist who is eager to develop professionally in a dynamic environment, taking a cross-functional role across the company's main HR processes.

What will you do?

You will play a key role within the Human Resources department, supporting the day-to-day operations and working closely with different teams across the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, and employment documentation.
- Coordinating with the external labour consultancy, supporting payroll, holidays, leave management, and time tracking.
- Supporting the application of the collective bargaining agreement and labour regulations.
- Assisting in the coordination of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): health surveillance, mandatory training, incident investigations, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Managing recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Supporting the identification of training needs and coordinating development initiatives.
- Contributing to projects related to digitalisation, employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration, ideally within a technology SME or startup environment.

Rather than a highly specialised profile, we value someone who can confidently manage day-to-day HR operations, learn quickly,



organise their work effectively, and provide practical solutions.

You should have

- A degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of HR administration and a general understanding of payroll processes (labour law expertise is not required).
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience using Odoo or another ERP system.
- Previous experience in a technology SME or startup environment.
- A high level of English.

Location: San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.

Please note that this position is based in Madrid, Spain. We are looking for candidates who already reside in Spain, as relocation assistance is not available. The position requires working from this location.
