Responsibilities
Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.

Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to executive leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in HR software and workforce management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
