Lucca in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Success professional to join a small Spanish market team of eight. You’ll lead onboarding projects, work with local SMEs and large accounts, and ensure rollout success with on-site or hybrid work.
You’ll train admins, manage day-to-day tickets, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and help localize Lucca’s CS activities for the Spanish market, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product.
