As an HR Generalist, you will take on a hands‑on, execution-focused role covering HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts, and documentation. In addition, you will support and deliver Learning & Development initiatives and assist in additional projects where support may be needed.

You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people’s lives worldwide.

YOUR PROFILE Main Responsibilities: People Operations & Administration

Own and execute day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers, relocations).

Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.

Ensure all processes are executed in a structured, efficient, and compliant manner.

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and practical support.

Execute onboarding processes and ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with external/internal providers

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee contractual data and payroll-related information

Maintain and apply operational policies (e.g. leave, working time, benefits)

Support compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Learning & Development Delivery

Support the rollout and execution of Learning & Development initiatives defined by the People & Culture team





Deliver and facilitate recurring training sessions and workshops (e.g. tools, processes, core skills)

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participation for training programs

Track and report on training completion and engagement

Process & Operational Excellence

Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes

Ensure consistency and standardization across People operations

Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail

Support the scalability of People processes as the organization grows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.

Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:

3–5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist

Experience delivering or supporting training sessions

Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)

Hands‑on experience managing employee lifecycle processes and HR data

Experience coordinating payroll processes and working with external providers

Good understanding of

HR compliance and labor law fundamentals

(mainly in Spain, other countries are nice to haves.

Experience working with

HRIS platforms /Personio) and employee data systems

Strong skills in Microsoft Package or equivalent.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.

Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.

Must have a proactive, organized and solution‑driven mindset.

Nice to have

Exposure to learning platforms (LMS) is a plus such as Udemy.





Familiarity with payroll processing in Spain and remote.com
