Senior Recruitment Manager @ BrainRocket The

HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process and coordinating employee engagement events. This role is idóneo for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

Coordinate pre-employment processes such as paperwork and IT setup.

Conduct engaging orientation sessions and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.

Plan, organize, and execute company events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.

Collaborate with leadership to create and promote wellness programs and training sessions.

Manage employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve engagement strategies.

Serve as a point of contact for internal communications related to HR initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.





Assist with employee inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, and company policies.

Track key HR metrics related to onboarding success and employee engagement.

Qualifications

2+ years of HR experience

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
