This position is part of SAIC Motor España, which is currently being established, and represents a key overseas investment project of SAIC Motor Group. The workplace will be in Ferrol, Galicia, and report to the General Manager of SAIC Motor España.
The adecuado candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for the establishment of HR systems in the Spanish company, oversee end-to-end HR modules including recruitment, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and employee development. Deeply interpret and strictly comply with local labor laws, social security policies and industry regulations, ensure full compliance of all HR management processes, mitigate employment risks, and support the achievement of the company's business objectives.
2. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with local trade unions and relevant institutions, coordinate labor-management communication, properly handle employee complaints, labor disputes and trade union-related affairs, and maintain team stability.
3. Lead the establishment of recruitment systems for core talents and frontline production workers, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure staffing supply and allocation efficiency for all positions (especially production roles).
4. Design a compensation and benefits system that aligns with local market standards and company strategy, optimize incentive mechanisms based on the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, and improve employee retention and engagement.
5. Promote employee relations development, carry out employee care,
training & development and performance incentive work tailored to the characteristics of frontline production teams, and create a positive working environment.
6. Participate in the new business development and operational optimization of the Spanish company, improve HR systems and processes in combination with the characteristics of manufacturing HR management, and support the company's scaled development.
7. Report HR work progress to the headquarters and the management of the Spanish company, provide data-driven decision support, and solve core HR problems in business development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
2. Spanish speaker, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (can be used as a working language).
3. At least 8 years of full-time working experience in the HR field, with in-depth professional accumulation in at least one core module: recruitment, compensation & benefits, or labor relations.
4. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, social security policies, trade union operation mechanisms and HR industry practices in Spain, with rich experience in compliance management and labor-management coordination.
5. Experience in HR management of automotive manufacturing or large-scale production enterprises is preferred; candidates with experience in building HR systems during the establishment phase of new companies/new factories will be given priority consideration.
6. Strong self-motivation and goal orientation, able to independently lead core HR projects, and excellent pressure resistance; possess excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-departmental collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities, proficient in handling complex HR affairs and interpersonal relationships.
