Responsibilities

O9 Super User support to Key Users/ CoE for DP, SOP/E functionality

Establish Key User Community to share best practice and knowledge of o9 solution and identify continuous improvements to add value to the IBP process

Drive Incident resolution assigned to process within SLAs

Reduce Process incidents linked to training/ user error

Drive process conformance where repeat incidents occur

Follow up on technical incidents with product sustain teams to ensure robust RCAs

Share effective communication/ updates on trends related to process incidents

Ensure user training and change testing documentation remains updated

Join IBP POD teams to deliver training to markets users on IBP capabilities

Qualifications

Overall experience of 10-12 Years

Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 5+ years planning experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills.

Strong experience on Digitalisation Projects leading issue resolution and user training

Prior work experience and exposure to supply chain/ business planning technologies.





Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to make recommendation after anlysing the situation and process improvement skills.

Functional knowledge of Demand Planning, iS&OE;/P and analytics.

Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills – ability to work constructively across different teams to get great results on the committed timelines
