The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in process scale‑up from lab to pilot and industrial scale, pilot plant operation, and industrial process optimization, ideally within enzymatic, bio‑based, or industrial biotechnology environments. This person should be comfortable working at the interface of R&D;, engineering, and production, with a strong commitment to operational excellence, process reliability, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate process scale‑up activities from laboratory to pilot and industrial scale

Design, operate, and optimize pilot plant processes

Ensure the safe, reliable,



and efficient operation of industrial processes

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs

Develop, maintain, and standardize process documentation and scale‑up protocols

Collaborate closely with R&D;, production, quality, and engineering teams

Support technology transfer from development to full‑scale production

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable technologies with real industrial impact

Requisitos mínimos

Degree in Industrial Engineering required
