Infrastructure Security Communication Specialist Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain

Job Overview The Infrastructure Security Communication Specialist ensures that the infrastructure security team’s communications, documentation, knowledge articles, and reporting are clear, accurate, and accessible. The role coordinates across technical and business stakeholders to produce actionable content, maintain the team’s SharePoint and ServiceNow service catalog, and continuously improve processes and information governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clear, consistent, and engaging communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, briefings, leadership messages, and key initiative communications for the Infrastructure Security team.

Manage and continually improve the team’s communication tools and channels (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, mailing lists, etc.) to ensure content is well‑structured, user‑friendly, and up to date.

Ensure ServiceNow service items and Knowledge Base articles are accurate, complete, regularly updated, and reviewed on a defined cycle.

Document and support the simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of core processes, procedures, and operating models within Infrastructure Security.

Collect inputs from team members to create executive reports, dashboards, talking points, meeting materials, and leadership presentation materials that are accurate and visually clear.

Collaborate closely with infrastructure security leaders, service owners, project managers, and technical experts to translate complex technical information into business‑friendly content and to refine communication channels.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration,



Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Management or a related field.

Experience in internal communications, knowledge management, service management, process improvement, or IT operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to structure complex information in a clear, user‑friendly way.

Experience managing SharePoint sites, Teams channels, intranet pages or similar collaboration platforms.

Familiarity with ServiceNow service catalog, Knowledge Base articles, or ITSM processes.

Strong organization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with technical teams and translate technical content into clear documentation or communication materials.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT operations, or a technology environment.

Knowledge of ITIL, IT service management, or service catalog governance.

Experience with process mapping, documentation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, or leadership presentations.

Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as Identity, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Cloud Security, Zero Trust or Infrastructure Security.





Experience in global or matrix organizations.
