We are building a team of Product Engineers who own products from the initial problem through to production. We believe AI has fundamentally changed what a great engineer can accomplish, and we are looking for people who want to work at that frontier.

About Us

We are a small team developing ambitious AI native products in association with the World Summit on Innovation, an organization that has worked with Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, Cisco, and Boeing.

Our team is intentionally small. Every person has a meaningful impact on the direction of the product and the company.

The Role

This is not a traditional software engineering position.

As a Product Engineer, you will own features from concept to production.

You will work across product, design, engineering, data, and AI, using modern tools to rapidly prototype, validate ideas, build production systems, and continuously improve the user experience.

We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, not simply implementing specifications.

What You Will Do

You will be expected to:





- Understand user problems and translate them into product solutions.
- Design user flows and product experiences.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI assisted development.
- Build production quality frontend and backend systems.
- Design APIs, data models, and integrations.
- Work closely with AI and agent based workflows.
- Test, refine, and iterate based on feedback.
- Take ownership of features from idea through deployment.
- Challenge assumptions and contribute to product direction.

You do not need experience with every technology we use.

Strong candidates typically demonstrate

Interview Process The interview process focuses on how you think and solve problems.

Rather than algorithm puzzles, you may be asked to take a product idea and demonstrate how you would approach it, from understanding the user problem through to product design, technical architecture, and implementation.
