We are looking for an IOT Manager (Internet of Things Manager) for our well-known client.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical & Team Leadership: Coordinate, supervise, and enhance the daily work of the IoT engineering team, supporting task allocation and milestone tracking.

Cross-Departmental Coordination : Act as a key technical bridge between the IoT area and strategic departments to ensure smooth system integration and evaluate operational impacts.

Partner Relations & Certifications : Communicate directly with component manufacturers (PCB/BOM), assemblers, external laboratories, and notified bodies to lead technical certifications (CE Marking, EMC directives, RED, RoHS, and ATEX regulations).

Full Product Lifecycle Participation: Oversee everything from needs analysis and state-of-the-art review to design, functional testing, manufacturing, deployment, and support for critical production incidents.

Quality Assurance & Contingency Planning : Define, document, and implement stress, stability, and robustness testing protocols in the laboratory before authorizing physical field deployment.

Support Management:



Establish and supervise remote technical support protocols to ensure the rapid resolution of critical incidents at client facilities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in IoT engineering, embedded electronics, or hardware/firmware development with team coordination or technical project management experience.

Firmware / Embedded Software: Solid programming experience in C/C++ for microcontrollers and microprocessors, combined with deep knowledge of Linux Kernel environments, Yocto SDK, and Cross-compiling.

Hardware & Electronics : Practical experience designing schematics and PCB layouts using EDA tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, or similar), SMD soldering, fault diagnosis/debugging in the laboratory, and board supplier management.

Communications & Protocols: Advanced mastery in integrating and managing communication buses and industrial protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus, Modbus) along with wireless connectivity technologies (GSM/LTE, 4G/5G modules, WiFi, Bluetooth).

Certifications & Quality Assurance: Maximum rigor in preparing technical documentation and specification sheets to pass audits, CE marking, embedded system cybersecurity, and industrial safety regulations (e.g., ATEX).

Languages: Professional proficiency in English (Level B2 or higher).
