Responsibilities Review incidents, service requests, change requests and time sheets reported by vendors Promote the use of AI to support AMS activities Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s Purchase orders and incoming invoices management Budget control Contracts management Documentation update Data extraction from different SAP systems and ticketing tools Reports and dashboards development Escalation management Major incident management Qualifications University degree on Information Technology or Business Administration and Management Experience with Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel. Sharepoint, Teams and PowerBI would be valuable Fluent English skills written and spoken. German would also be an advantage.
