Hephae Energy Technology is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Inventory & Materials Coordinator to support our growing Measurement While Drilling (MWD) manufacturing and engineering operations in Spring, Texas. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this position is responsible for day-to-day inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving activities, and materials management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, material traceability, and organized warehouse locations, coordinating outside processing activities, and ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing and engineering operations. Working within the NetSuite ERP system, this individual will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance while maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.

Receive incoming materials, components, and equipment, verifying quantities, part numbers, revisions, and condition. Record all inventory transactions accurately and in real time within the NetSuite ERP system. Store, label, identify, and organize inventory to ensure accuracy, traceability,
and efficient retrieval.
Pick, issue, stage, and kit materials to support Manufacturing and Engineering. Perform regular cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
Assist with returns, warranty items, and non-conforming materials. Monitor inventory levels and notify Purchasing of low inventory or replenishment requirements. Coordinate materials sent to outside vendors for machining, coating, repair, and other subcontracted services.
Schedule vendor pickups and arrange hot-shot transportation when required. Track outside processing activities and follow up with vendors to ensure materials are returned on schedule. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of inventory or warehouse experience in an industrial, manufacturing, oilfield, or engineering environment. Experience using an ERP system, preferably
NetSuite . Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices. Experience receiving, issuing, and counting inventory. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. Preferred
Experience supporting MWD, manufacturing or production operations. Experience coordinating outside processing with machine shops or other service providers. Experience handling electronic assemblies, mechanical, or precision-engineered components. Familiarity with barcode scanning and inventory management technologies. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification). Personal Attributes

Inventory accuracy consistently meets or exceeds company targets. Materials are received, issued, and recorded accurately and on time. Production teams have timely access to required materials. Warehouse locations remain organized, safe, and efficient. Inventory discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly. NetSuite inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory at all times. Outside processing activities are coordinated efficiently with minimal impact to production schedules.
