We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Reconciliation Manager to manage inventory control, inventory accuracy, inventory reconciliation and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

The adecuado candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM/EWM, inventory transactions (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Inventory Adjustment), inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, annual physical inventory, warehouse management and material tracking.

Responsibilities include inventory control, supplier reconciliation, inventory settlement, inventory discrepancy analysis, inventory accuracy improvement, warehouse operations, inventory documentation, cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance and Operations, and continuous process improvement.

Experience in parts logistics, manufacturing, warehouse operations or automotive supply chain is highly preferred.

Experience with BOM, WMS and SAP is a strong advantage.
