License management with a future – your expertise is in demand! You will manage software licenses and actively shape strategies and improve processes. Responsibilities
Maintain license compliance and the economic use of all software licenses
Manage and monitor the license portfolio across different manufacturers
Participate in contract negotiations and license renewals with strategic vision
Further develop and optimize license management processes
Support software audits and cooperate with internal departments and external partners
Prepare analyses, reports and risk assessments of license usage and costs
Qualifications
Candidate must have a degree in business informatics, business administration, IT management or a comparable qualification
Sound professional experience in license management
In‑depth knowledge of software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) and practical experience with licensing agreements
Confident use of Software Asset Management (SAM) tools
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a high degree of personal responsibility
Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and very good in English (C1 or higher). Candidates who do not meet these language requirements will not be considered
