We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Technician to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s technology runs smoothly on a global scale. As an IT Technician, your daily responsibilities will include: General Inventory and Asset Management: Prepare, implement, and maintain an efficient international inventory control system.
In addition, you will be responsible for standardizing the imaging (OS imaging) and configuration system for deploying equipment across all our international locations.
Purchasing and Procurement: Lead the procurement of technology inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses, etc.) internationally, ensuring that every office and remote employee has the necessary equipment in a timely and appropriate manner, while managing supplier relationships. Administer the company’s helpdesk system, resolving incidents, prioritizing tasks, and providing first- and second-level support to users in different time zones.
