We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by hiring an IT Specialist (WMS & Customs) to join a key team acting as the link between technology and logistics operations, working on high‑impact projects.

The position is based at Noatum Logistics’ offices in Barcelona (Torre Auditori).

Main Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain system integrations (WMS, customers, external platforms).

Analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions.

Participate in customer onboarding projects and logistics integrations.

Manage technical incidents and optimise existing processes.

Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure correct system performance.

Perform testing, validations and technical documentation.

Generate reports and data analysis to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Basic experience in programming or scripting (Python, Java, C#, SQL, etc.).

Solid knowledge of APIs, databases and system integrations.

Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing or operational services.

Experience with WMS or integrations in logistics environments.

Knowledge of REST APIs, EDI, middleware or file‑based integrations.

Experience in SQL reporting and data analysis.

Experience in multi‑client environments (contract logistics).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies or IT Service Management.

English level B2 – international environment.
