Digitize the German midmarket as an IT Specialist in System Integration.

Your Tasks

Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.

Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance and support.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement improvements when necessary.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures.

Work closely with cross‑functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system environments.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background.

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment.

Technical Skills: Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, macOS); Networking (TCP/IP, DNS,



DHCP, VPN); Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V); Cloud (AWS, Azure); Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies).

Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or comparable certifications.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement; Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.

Languages: German (B2); English (B1/B2).
