Senior IT Technical Application Specialist – Sustainability.

7+ years of experience in IT roles such as Application Specialist, Business/Functional Analyst, or Solution Analyst

Strong hands‑on experience in data analysis and data integration

— ETL/ELT pipelines, REST APIs, data modelling, and interfaces

Solid understanding of

IT architectures

(on‑premises, cloud, hybrid) and integration technologies (iPaaS, message queues, ETL tools)

Proven track record in application lifecycle management : requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support

Experience working in complex, multi‑system environments including ERP, CRM, data warehouses, BI platforms, and cloud solutions

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Experience in sustainability, ESG, or energy management solutions is a strong plus (carbon accounting, IoT‑based monitoring, ESG reporting platforms)

Act as the key interface between business stakeholders (Sustainability, Operations, Finance, Compliance) and IT delivery teams

Conduct gap analyses and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

Lead solution design for sustainability‑related applications and platforms (carbon accounting, energy & resource monitoring, lifecycle assessment,



ESG reporting)

Manage data integration workflows across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and traceability

Oversee end‑to‑end application lifecycle activities from scoping through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

Produce high‑quality functional documentation , technical specifications, and decision records

Ensure solutions align with

IT compliance standards and sustainability regulatory requirements
