Perk in Barcelona is seeking a motivated SDR Team Lead to support our Italian Growth Markets. You’ll coach and develop a team of outbound SDRs, help them generate pipeline, and hit targets.
You’ll partner with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team’s contribution to Perk’s growth. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
