NET-preferred direction while understanding and supporting existing Python-based services.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining technical vision, pragmatic decision-making, and cross-team leadership to build scalable, secure, and maintainable software. Guide the move toward container-based architectures and modern cloud-native engineering practices. Work closely with engineering teams to improve software design, code quality, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to align solutions with company standards, templates, and deployment practices around Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and monorepo workflows. Proven experience in a Software Architect or similar senior technical leadership role.



Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications in container-based environments.

Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and modern deployment practices for containerized workloads. NET / C#, and the ability to guide architecture in a mixed-technology environment. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and maintainable system design.

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain and defend technical decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with Python in production systems.

Experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana. Familiarity with Linux and scripting in Bash or PowerShell. You'll find pride in building something that matters, whether you designed it, printed it, or shipped it. Step into the space and make it count.
