We are hiring a Junior HR Business Partner to support our EMEA HR team, primarily in Spain and the UK. This hands‑on role combines HR business partnering with operational HR delivery, supporting employees and managers across diverse markets and business units.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK
Provide first‑line HR guidance and support to managers and employees on day‑to‑day people matters
Partner with HR specialist teams – HR Operations, Benefits, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development – to support the delivery of business priorities, implement HR initiatives, and address employee and manager needs
Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision‑making
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation
Assist with organisational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions
Partner with managers to support employee engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness initiatives
Qualifications
3–6 years of HR experience in international or multinational companies, including at least 3 years of HRBP experience
Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law with specific experience working in a UK environment
Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teams
Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
Experience supporting or participating in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning or organisational change initiatives
Experience applying AI tools to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
Fluency in Spanish and English
Proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach
