About the Role

We are looking for a JR process engineer to join our team in Viana factory. In this role, you will contribute to boosting manufacturing and driving the development of our tracker solutions in international projects. Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality production, health and safety procedures.

Manufacturing process and maintenance operations improvement.

Working alongside other areas (Engineering dpt., QHSE area, R+D dpt., Purchasing and logistics).

Production master plan (PMP) management. Performance and control the projects to manufacture and organise it to delivery on time. Ensure the schedule, manufacturing quality and factory performance, and cost savings.

Raw material production control. Needs for procurement area in order to ensure PMP and make a weekly raw material delivery plan and its control.

Production data management. Daily manufacturing sequences organization, plant workflow organization – hhrr & equipments, daily control of achieved production, daily control of raw material consumption, production status control per Project, and also the total productive maintenance of the factory and warehouse/logistic supervision control. Control of the daily manufacturing data input and analyse productivity, capacity and capability ratios.

Warehouse and inventory control.

Make work orders to ensure the correct functions of manufacturing and inventories in ERP. Also elaborate purchasing requisitions.

Complete other tasks assigned by leader.



Qualifications

Engineer degree or above

About one year of manufacturing process related work experience

Technical Skills & Experience

Familiar with industrial environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving mindset, and clear logic.

Familiar with WORD, PPT and other office software, proficient in EXCEL operation.

Proficiency in Spanish/English.
