If you have no prior experience in real estate, this role offers a structured 12-month training program to teach you the technical side from the fundamentals to advanced skills. During this training period, you will receive a fixed salary plus small commissions while learning step-by-step alongside experienced professionals. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to transition into a full Property Consultant role.

Please note that once promoted, the position becomes 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for driven professionals looking to build a long-term career.

You are ideally between 25 and 35 years old with previous work experience in any professional sector. A solid background in sales is a strong advantage.

You possess high levels of discipline, resilience, personal accountability, and a true willingness to learn and improve every single day.

The Linguist

You are fully fluent in English or Spanish.



Being highly comfortable communicating in both languages is considered a premium professional plus.
