The successful candidate will support and participate in corporate and commercial advisory matters for both national and international companies. They will also be involved in corporate restructuring transactions and M&A; processes, including due diligence exercises, merger transactions, and other corporate operations.

REQUIREMENTS 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, particularly in corporate matters, with a strong interest in and commitment to the legal profession.

Strong academic background.

Advanced level of English (C1/C2).
