We're looking for a Learning & Enablement Content Creator to join our Global Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll bring business knowledge, technical expertise, and strategic priorities to life through innovative learning solutions that empower employees across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines instructional design expertise, digital creativity, and commercial awareness to build learning experiences that are engaging, scalable, and impactful.

As The Learning And Enablement Content Creator, You Will

Create high‑quality learning content across a variety of formats, including:

eLearning modules

Video‑based learning

Workshops and facilitator guides

Toolkits and playbooks





Presentations and digital resources

Learning journeys and capability programmes

Work closely with subject matter experts, to transform complex topics into clear, learner‑focused experiences that are practical, memorable, and easy to apply in the real world.

Leverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI‑enabled approaches to deliver engaging digital experiences at scale, to explore new ways to:

Improve learner engagement and accessibility

Enhance the user experience

Increase the effectiveness and reach of learning

Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the learning landscape

Create enablement content that helps employees develop confidence, capability, and performance in areas such as:

Customer value and market understanding

Product and solution knowledge

Sales effectiveness

Leadership capability

Professional and personal development

Manage learning libraries and digital assets

Keep content accurate, relevant, and accessible

Use learner feedback and analytics to improve effectiveness

Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and design standards that improve consistency and efficiency

Qualifications

5 plus years experience creating learning content within a Learning & Development, Enablement, or Digital Learning environment

Strong instructional design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles

Experience using digital learning technologies, authoring tools, video creation software, and multimedia platforms





Ability to simplify complex concepts and transform them into engaging learning experiences

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative mindset

Curiosity, creativity, a commercial and collaborative mindset, with a pragmatic approach

Excellent written and verbal English language skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience supporting commercial, sales enablement, or customer‑facing teams

Experience working in general or matrix organisations

Knowledge of AI tools and emerging learning technologies

Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and measuring impact
