A vacancy has arisen in our Advisory Team for a Legal Consultant (Seville office):
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessing solutions from a legal-commercial perspective.
Managing projects; ensuring quality, time and costs are controlled and strategic objectives are being met.
Regulatory liaison with regulatory authorities, applications (Spain/UK/ Italy)
Production of reports and other client deliverables
Permitting and planning management (Spain/UK/ Italy)
Legal and regulatory analysis
Sharing knowledge and lessons learnt across the portfolio and promoting continual improvement in all aspects of our work.

An innovative approach to all internal processes and businesses
Requirements The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in a legal or corporate environment. Ideally, in the field of renewables, particularly solar energy and BESS.
Understanding of the legal management of assets in terms of contracts, warranties, liabilities, etc.;
Knowledge of and experience with due diligence processes and knowledge of and experience in drafting and negotiating renewable energy contracts (EPC, O&M;, PPAs)
This role requires the candidate to speak and write in English and Spanish at a fluent business level; knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage, specially Italian.
Analytical skills and experience in carrying out due diligence for renewable energy projects.
Strong presentation and reporting skills are required, as well as preparing and delivering periodic and special reports to Quintas Energy’s clients.
Proactive, able to work autonomously and with a team
Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
Regulation of renewable energies
Experience with land contracts for renewable energies
Experience in international environments
