Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal document templates related to US and German civil and commercial laws and regulations.

Keep up to date with the legal documents, applicable laws, and regulations.

Manage and interact with legal partners.

Collaborate with internal legal and product departments for product development‑related tasks.

Requirements

Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.

Minimum of 3 years combined experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.

Solid working proficiency in German.

Knowledge and experience in civil and/or commercial laws and regulations.

Strong background in drafting agreements.

Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate legal information to a general audience.

Good computer knowledge and the ability to use document editing tools.

Professional fluency in German, English,



and Spanish.

Comfortable reviewing legal documents, templates, forms, questionnaires, and user‑facing content.

Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.

Practical knowledge and use of AI tools.

Desirable Skills

Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and quality of information generated.

Excellent analytical problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Strong grounding in civil and/or commercial law.

Master's in civil and/or commercial law.

Previous experience with content management systems.

Experience with legal tech, AI, document automation, legal templates, or self‑service legal products.

Experience reviewing contract.

Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar workflow tools.

Experience with product teams.

Experience working in a multilingual product or content environment.
